Our morning started out a lot like yesterday was. She is still petrified of any kind of touch, especially if it involves her rib area. She is starting to accept the leash more, but if I turn to look at her while we're walking, she will stop dead in her tracks and try to run away. She spent the morning in the groom room, listening to sounds, and pretending that she was napping. I took her to the yard again a little bit ago, and she did use the restroom-finally! I also put her on a longer line to give her a little more freedom and to see how she would use it. Of course, she ran away from me and to the far corner where she tried finding a way out. After I got her back, she actually sat beside me for a bit in the shade and watched, terrified, as the other girls ran around like crazies and chased birds. She's now back in the airconditioning, enjoying the safety of her crate.
